I came here yesterday evening for take-out during this Coronavirus crisis. I had a coupon on my app I wanted to redeem. Unfortunately my phone died as I was trying to obtain it. The staffs were kind enough to give me the food at the discounted rate. This was my second time visiting this location. Both times the staffs have been friendly and attentive. They welcome me with enthusiasm and answered any question I had (no, guac is not extra ^^). And the food has not disappoint me. I love the variety of sauces they have for the chips. They have plenty of seating inside (although now just take-out as we deal with the virus). They keep the restaurant pretty clean. Definitely stop by if you're on a mood for fast-food Mexican meal.

I went here for lunch on a weekday. The place was packed. The line was long but moved pretty quickly. Decent food with hood price. Service was ok.

I personally like Chipotle more than Moe's but their food is not too bad. They give you free chips and salsa when you order which is a plus. I ordered a burrito with tofu and it tasted good. I wish they had Sofritas like Chipotle. The burrito was good but the tofu didn't have much seasoning. The service was just okay. They need to speak better English in order to communicate with customers.

Used to be a big Chipotle fan, but I've been hitting up Moe's more often than not if I decide I have a craving for a burrito! Layout is no different really from say Chiptole, but I personally think the food is much better. There's a myriad of different options to add to your burrito and the guac isn't extra charge! They have a salsa bar to choose from various levels of heat for your chips or whatever you want to use it for! For a chain restaurant, I'm a fan of this place! Ohh and their queso is pretty bomb even though it costs extra!

Nice southwest grill very similar to chipotle or qdoba in layout. They have a ton of different menu options such as tacos, burritos, and rice bowls and you go down the assembly line and build it how you want. This location is located close to the busy, touristy 34th shopping area so can get crowded at certain times of day. I've also had an instance where I was waiting on line behind a group of tourist who had 100 questions and still didn't know what they wanted. My fellow impatient NYers know how stressful that waiting can be and I had no choice but to wait for the group to figure it out. The food is basically just a different version of the two food spots I mentioned above. I've had a burrito and a rice bowl, which is my go to. Sometimes the steak is a little fatty, but it's always seasoned well! The portions are pretty big and they give tortilla chips with the rice bowl which was great for scooping. I personally think Qdoba is better but it's worth trying if you've never had it.
